The Fresh Cils Eye Make-up Remover from the Bio-Elita range by Ingrid Millet removes all make-up and mascara, including waterproof make-up. A cocktail of ingredients such as cornflower, white lily and fine oils soothes the sensitive area.
Use
Eye make-up removers are usually available in liquid form and are easy to dispense. Soak a cotton pad with a few drops of the product. Then place the moistened pad on the eyelid for three seconds and then sweep from top to bottom. Repeat the application until all the make-up has been removed and the cotton pad remains clean.
