Dispatch & delivery

When an order has a value of £30.00 or more, shipping is free of charge. Otherwise the sipping costs £5.00. For the delivery we cooperate with Royal Mail and Parcel Force. In genereal the delivery takes 2 to 4 working days* within the United Kingdom. Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify during the check out. If you’re not available when the delivery takes place, Royal Mail will store your parcel for 18 days in the next Royal Mail store.


* If there are delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we will immediately inform you and immediately refund any payments already received.
