Use
Use a modern intimate wash or a specially formulated washing lotion for daily intimate cleansing. Clean the intimate area with the shower spray or water from the tap. Avoid using sponges or flannels as they are breeding grounds for bacteria. Apply a small amount of washing lotion or intimate wash to the palms of your hands. Cleaning with your fingers is perfectly adequate. Rinse off the soft and relatively odourless foam with plenty of clean water. After you have dried the intimate area thoroughly with a towelling cloth, you can apply a nourishing skin cream or body lotion of your choice.
