Liquid Developer has been specially developed for use with RefectoCil brow and eyelash colours. The developer delivers brilliant, long-lasting colour results and is sufficient for around 100 applications. Application: Mix 10 drops of the Oxidant 3 % 10vol. Liquid Developer with an approx. 2 cm long strip of the desired brow or eyelash colour and stir the mixture into a homogeneous, creamy paste.
