Highlighters are available in stick, powder or liquid form, but are very similar in application. Regardless of which product you choose, the highlighter is applied to the highest points of the face that you want to emphasise. Applied to the forehead, the highlighter gives a fresh, healthy complexion in an instant. Place the highlighter in the centre of the forehead and then blend it slightly outwards.
