The Bi-Facil Clean & Care eye make-up remover from Lancôme was developed for easy and thorough cleansing of the eye area. Its special two-phase formula combines the effectiveness of an oil-based solution with the freshness of a water-based solution. A quick shake of the bottle creates a homogeneous emulsion that reliably removes even stubborn, waterproof and long-lasting make-up and mascara. The application is very simple: the liquid is applied to a cotton pad, which is gently placed on the closed eye.
