Les Escales is a collection of fresh and refined fragrances, inspired by the casual chic of the Dior Couture Cruise Collection. In each destination that inspires an ”Escale”, François Demachy, Dior’s Perfumer-Creator, selects only the purest and most exclusive raw materials. Starting with impressions of the Mediterranean in the Escale à Portofino fragrance, your journey then continues to the east: Pondichéry is the next destination of the Christian Dior perfume. An immersion in India: François Demachy was inspired by the black tea extract during his journey in India: a fresh, sophisticated and elegant note. The new fragrance, Escale à Pondichéry, is rich in natural essences coming from the Indian continent. These essences were selected by the Dior House for their superior quality. These include cardamom essence, jasmine sambac absolute and sandalwood. All of the Les Escales fragrances are housed in an identical, classically elegant flaçon. The cannage template on the flaçon establishes ties with the fashions produced by the house. The silver-plated cap accentuates its luxurious elegance.
