With the help of the oil-based products, the skin is freed from make-up residues, skin flakes and sweat. Then you wash the skin with a water-based cleanser, for example a cleansing gel or foam. 3. Clear the skin with the 7-skin method

The toner is next on the list. It clears the skin and delivers moisture. When prepared in this way, your skin can absorb nutrients much better. The women in South Korea use the 7-skin method. They apply toner seven times, one after the other. In this way, they optimise the effect. Only use toner without alcohol and perfume because it should not irritate the skin.

4. Peels

The next step of the glass skin routine is the peel. Peels based on fruit acid or lactic acid cleanse and stimulate the formation of new skin cells. With the peel, you achieve a finer skin texture and can reduce small wrinkles and imperfections.

vitamin C to protect and strengthen the skin
niacinamide to refine the pores and smooth the skin
