The Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner from Kiehl's is a toner specially formulated for normal to oily skin. Its alcohol-free and pH-neutral formula clears the skin's surface of excess sebum and residue without leaving it feeling dry. The formula is enriched with silver hair grass root extract and Antarcticine, a glacial glycoprotein, and aims to preserve the skin's moisture content. The oil-free toner contains no parabens, colourants or fragrances and can contribute to a balanced and refreshed complexion. Applied to a cotton pad in the morning and evening after cleansing and gently wiped over the face, the toner rounds off the daily routine and prepares the skin for the following steps.

    Facial toner is used after cleansing and takes your skincare routine to a new level. After cleansing, soak a cotton pad in toner and gently wipe over your face, neck and décolleté. Avoid contact with the eyes or lips. The toner removes the last traces of dirt, make-up and excess skin oil and prepares the skin for subsequent facial care. It is not necessary to wash off the product. Thanks to its gentle ingredients, the toner is suitable for daily use in the morning and evening. After using the toner, you should pamper your skin with a moisturiser suitable for your skin type.
