The Arnica massage oil is a reactivating treatment for tension. This oil can relieve tension and has a beneficial effect on the muscles. This massage oil is based on arnica and ginger extract, shea butter and nourishing sunflower oil. The almond oil it contains provides the skin with sufficient moisture. Arnica massage oil unfolds its nourishing and relaxing effect during a gentle massage.

Arnica is known in herbal medicine as a revitalising agent. With the help of an intensive massage, it also prevents sore muscles. Sunflower oil is used in skin care products because it is well tolerated.

Apply a thin layer of this oil to the skin and massage it in with even circular movements. As a skin oil, Kneipp recommends applying directly to damp skin after showering or bathing.

A massage before physical activity in leisure and sport can help prevent cramps and promote performance. A direct massage after sport releases heat and prevents tension and sore muscles.
