The ARTDECO Invisible Soft Lip Liner Waterproof provides an invisible outline for any lipstick colour imaginable. Thanks to its transparent colour, this pencil creates a discreet barrier that can prevent unwanted bleeding and smudging of lipstick or lip gloss.
