The WoodWick Calming Retreat scented candles with soy wax contain three wonderful fragrances and conjure up a cosy atmosphere in the living room. The scented candle opens with a calming Lavender Spa fragrance that combines herbs and lavender with rosemary, eucalyptus and woody notes. In the centre, the Sea Salt & Cotton aroma with a composition of aniseed, orange, mint, a heart of jasmine marine and galbanum and a base of clove and oakmoss ensures pure relaxation. The lower layer with the White Tea & Jasmine fragrance starts with notes of white tea and bergamot and leads into a heart of lush jasmine, rose and violet. The fragrance composition is rounded off with amber, musk and cedarwood. In addition to the wonderful relaxing fragrances, the candle features a patented wooden wick that crackles cosily. The stylish, flared shape, which ensures even fragrance release and faster melting of the wax surface, is also impressive.

The scented candles should be placed on a fire-resistant, flat surface. To ensure that the candle burns evenly, it is important to let it burn at least until the surface has completely liquefied each time it is used.Description

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
