Apply to the lips with even pressure, following the natural shape of the lips.
For a more defined lip look, line the lips with Longwear Lip Liner before or after applying High Vibe.
Pro tip:
For light coverage, dab the pencil on the lips, then smooth and blend to evenly distribute the colour.
For medium coverage, apply the pencil to the bottom lip and press lips together to blend.
For a high-coverage, more defined lip look, line the lips with a complementary shade of Longwear Lip Liner before or after applying High Vibe.
