Start by treating the face and neck with a pump of Radiance Firming Serum, followed by a pump of Eye Revive Cream on the upper and lower eyelids.
02 Take a deep breath to relax your body and gently stimulate the lymph nodes above your collarbone with your Gua Sha tool.
03 Start the massage on one side of your face. Near your ear, gently press and wiggle the Gua Sha to activate the lymph nodes in this area. Then glide downwards in a flowing motion from ear to neck to collarbone. Repeat 5-10 times.
04 From the outer corner of the mouth, move the Gua Sha in a downward and outward curve across the jawline to the ear. Repeat 5-10 times, then perform the same movement from the outer corner of the nose.
05 On the side where you are using the Gua Sha, lightly support the skin on the side of the nose with your fingertips to avoid pulling the skin during the massage.
06 Start at the inner corner of the eye and run the Gua Sha under the eye along the upper cheekbone to the temple. Wiggle gently when you reach the hairline, then move towards the neck. Repeat 5-10 times.
07 Now concentrate on the upper eyelid. Rest the palm of your hand on your forehead and gently support the inner eyebrow with your fingertips. Guide the Gua Sha from the inner to the outer corner of the eye, directly under the eyebrow. Repeat 5-10 times.
08 Finish by treating the forehead. Move the Gua Sha from the inner corner of the eyebrow to the hairline. Glide further along the eyebrow and repeat. Then repeat the steps on the other side of the face.
