A cool, bluish-violet shade characterises the Ultra Violet shade from the High Voltage Classic range. This instant-action colour does not require a developer and is based on a purely vegan formula, which is a hallmark of Tish & Snooky’s Manic Panic N.Y.C. The cream is produced entirely free from ingredients such as PPD, ammonia, parabens and resorcinol. The most vibrant colour result is best achieved on pre-bleached hair at level 9 or 10, although subtle highlights are also possible on darker hair. The special formula can help to leave the hair structure feeling smooth and supple after application. The colour intensity typically lasts for around four to six weeks, depending on individual hair type and washing routine. The resealable pot is handy, allowing you to store any remaining product for later use. Furthermore, the manufacturer guarantees that no animal testing was carried out during the development of this product.
