Like all fragrances from Montale, the founder and perfumer Pierre Montale was inspired by the Orient for the Black Aoud fragrance. This luxurious eau de parfum spray retains the previous guidelines of the fragrance house and uses predominantly few ingredients, which complement each other and thus develop a particularly intense fragrance in which each individual essence can literally be smelled. The perfume from the Aoud series has a deep black bottle with golden lettering, which has the typical Montale pendant and is reminiscent of a small, delicate bottle. The high-quality elixir in the bottle unfolds its strength from the very first spritz.
An eau de parfum spray with unique luxury
The Black Aoud perfume uses the striking scents of eagle wood (oud) and fruity mandarin in its top note, while the heart relies on the delicate effect of rose. The eau de parfum spray finally concludes in the base, where patchouli is combined with sandalwood and labdanum (cistus). The result is a meaningful addition to the Aoud range, which stands out in the world of fragrances as absolutely and unmistakably unique. This fragrance also perfectly reflects what the perfumer experienced while travelling.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
