The J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin label is an insider tip for artful niche perfumes. Its fragrances are the olfactory realisation of colours and paintings. Launched in 2017, the unisex eau de parfum spray Altruist by star perfumer Veronique Nyberg was created in collaboration with Austrian painter Paul DeFlorian. He also designed the colourful artwork paper bag that holds the spartan bottle and its outer packaging.
Fascinating fragrance accords as a counterpart to colours
J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin Altruist Eau de Parfum Spray opens sparkling and fresh. Sweet and tart bergamot, juicy lemon, AqualTM and aromatic, spicy ginger make the fragrance sparkling and invigorating. The clear, cool fragrance notes are conceived as an olfactory realisation of the turquoise-green sections of DeFlorian's artwork. The heart of the fragrance is given an elegant note by dewy rose and graceful, sensual orange blossom. Nutmeg and black pepper, a fragrance variation of orange-coloured brushstrokes, bring a warm nuance into play. Vetiver, patchouli, soft ambergrisTM and resinous, aromatic cedarwood provide an elegant finish with subtle sensuality. The dense, intense accord is reminiscent of the smell of colour on damp paper. Unisex fragrances
In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
