The application

is as simple as it is versatile: you can apply the "Mum & Me" lotion immediately after bathing, swimming or showering or pour it directly into the water. In both cases, the components contained unfold the same soothing effect. To achieve optimum results, you should shake the Body Harmony 2-phase lotion before use. This allows the oil and water phases to mix to create a unique care product for children and adults.

Ideally, you should apply body oil after showering or bathing. Dab the skin lightly and massage the oil into the still damp skin. This makes it much easier to spread. It also creates an oil-water emulsion that your skin can absorb particularly quickly. The frequency of application depends on your skin. For normal skin, it is sufficient to use the body oil two to three times a week. For dry skin, the oil can be used daily without hesitation. Also bear in mind that the individual parts of the body have different moisturising needs. In any case, regular use is recommended for soft, smooth skin.
