The 5 phases of your order
If you have placed at least one product in your shopping basket, you can proceed to checkout. To enable us to send the order to you, you must complete the following steps. If you have problems with your order and the Help tool cannot answer your questions, don’t hesitate to contact our service team.

In the first stage of the order process, you can select the delivery address and billing address. If you saved several addresses in your account, you can choose between them. If you have not yet entered the address that you want your order to be sent to, or if you want it to be sent to a different address, you can enter another new address in the field underneath. If necessary, the billing address can be different from the delivery address.
Now you can choose the standard shipping by Royal Mail.
Please note the the shipping terms and shipping costs, as the shipping types incur different costs and the destination is not taken into account when calculating the costs.
The third step is choosing the payment method. You can view the payment types here. However, purchase on account is only possible after a positive system check.
Step 4 gives an overview of the order. Here, all previously configured settings are displayed again, and you have the opportunity to make changes.
If necessary, a message can be added to the order. If all the details are right, the order can be submitted by accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Business. At this time, it is not yet possible to cancel the order.
When you submit the order, it is transmitted to us. Depending on the payment type, funds must be transferred to us first, before the order can be sent to you.
