How to use the eyeliner:
The liquid eyeliner from HYPOAllergenic can be applied cleanly and precisely using the thin brush provided. Pull the brush from the inside outwards and extend the line to the temple area if desired. You can either use the eyeliner on its own or as a top coat over a previously applied eyeliner. Good to know: Thanks to the innovative formulation, the make-up is crumble-free. The liquid eyeliner from HYPOAllergenic contains no animal ingredients and is therefore recommended for vegans and other animal lovers. The make-up is also certified animal-free by PETA.
