The Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil from Estée Lauder is a long-lasting eyeliner pencil that defines the eyes wonderfully with gentle, even colour. The light, creamy texture is easy and quick to apply, and dries in seconds. The colour lasts the entire day - for up to 12 hours. The rich colour is fade-resistant and does not run or smudge. The double-ended eyeliner pencil has colour on one end and a sponge attachment on the other. The coloured end is easy to sharpen with the Estée Lauder sharpener.

Applying an eyeliner requires a little dexterity and good preparation. For optimum results, prime your eyelid beforehand with a primer or a light-coloured eyeshadow. It is particularly difficult to draw the eyeliner line without any smudges during the first few applications. It is therefore advisable to place small dots on the lash line and then connect them together. Pull the upper eyelid slightly upwards with the finger of the other hand and apply dots or the entire eyeliner line as close to the lash line as possible. After application, keep the eyelid closed for a few seconds to allow the eyeliner to dry. You can then make corrections with a cotton bud and eye make-up remover.
