On the skin, it transforms into a delicately flowing oil that removes make-up and dirt from the skin without leaving any residue. On contact with water, the Soft Cleansing Balm turns into a milky, ultra-soft emulsion that can be easily washed off the skin.
How to use Declaré Anti-Pollution Cleansing Balm
