Start your massage with a massage brush by applying very light pressure. If you feel that you need a little more, you can increase the pressure on the brush at any time. Always start the massage on the parts of the body furthest away from the heart. So start with the right foot. This is followed by the lower leg and thigh. Always massage in straight strokes or alternatively in small, circular movements. Then continue with the buttocks and start massaging the left foot. Then massage the right and left arm as well as the stomach and finally the back.
