With the creation of 7.1 Grand Siècle Intense, Pierre Guillaume Paris reinterprets the theme of a classic cologne in a contemporary and intense way. Released in 2021, this version stands out as an eau de parfum due to its concentration and thus offers a long-lasting presence on the skin. At the centre of the fragrance development is a radiant accord of hesperides, in which the sparkling notes of bergamot, lemon and orange unfold dynamically. These citrusy facets are accompanied by a subtle mint note that provides a cool freshness. At the heart of the composition, a fine veil of powdery iris and sweet honey gently covers the arrangement. These softer tones form an interesting contrast to the profound chypre background that characterises the perfume. In the base, earthy vetiver and spicy cypress merge with nuances of tobacco, dry hay, patchouli and oakmoss. The absence of typical aromatic herbs creates a clear structure that combines the bitterness of citrus fruits with a woody, rounded depth. The result is a fragrance that exudes both invigorating freshness and elegant persistence.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
