PUPA Milano’s Made To Last Waterproof Eyeshadow combines intense colour payoff with the practical application of a pencil. Its special texture is characterised by a creamy, lightweight consistency that glides effortlessly over the skin. Immediately after application, there is plenty of time to blend the colour with your fingers or a brush before it sets completely. The product is extremely versatile, whether used over a large area as a classic eyeshadow or applied precisely as a defined eyeliner along the lash line. Once dry, the formula offers waterproof properties, ensuring the make-up remains reliable even in damp conditions or at higher temperatures. The design features a cylindrical stick, with the cap and tip reflecting the respective shade – such as a pale green for shade number 022. The range includes various finishes, ranging from a soft satin effect to shimmering pearlescent and a metallic sheen. To ensure precise line application at all times, the pencil also features a sharpener integrated into the casing. The formula, manufactured in Italy, is free from parabens.
