Use

Applying the foils is easy: first clean your nails thoroughly and push back the cuticles. Now select the right foil for the nail size, remove it from the backing paper and stick it to the centre of the nail. Then smooth the foil from the inside to the outside. File off any excess, protruding foil with a glass nail file. Finally, seal the nail foil with a coat of top coat. Miss Sophie's Nail Wraps can be easily removed with conventional nail polish remover.
