Heat protection should be applied before every use of heat styling tools, be it a crepe iron, straightener, curling iron, hairdryer or hot round brush. After shampooing, spray the heat protection onto towel-dried hair from a maximum distance of 30 centimetres. Make sure that you apply a sufficient amount of the spray to your hair.
