Knize Ten

An olfactory classic that has its origins in the 1920s, Knize Ten Toilet Water is presented in a traditional pouring bottle. This classic presentation as a splash version allows for customised dosing directly from the rectangular, clear glass bottle, which is fitted with a black, square cap and a round label. The composition opens with a fresh top note in which bergamot, lemon, petitgrain and orange meet green accents of galbanum, tarragon and rosemary, accompanied by subtle aldehyde notes. As the fragrance progresses, a complex heart develops, combining floral elements such as jasmine, iris, heliotrope and geranium with the spice of clove and cinnamon. However, it is the rich base that gives Toilet Water its unmistakable character. Striking leather notes dominate here, accompanied by warm sandalwood, patchouli, vetiver and amber. Animal nuances of castoreum and musk round off the fragrance experience and lend it a special depth and persistence. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the liquid can stain light-coloured clothing, which is why applying it directly to the skin is preferred.
