This woody-floral amber composition is characterised by an unusual ingredient: an absolute of whisky extracted in Grasse from the barley of a Scottish distillery. In the top note, this warm, characteristic aroma meets the freshness of Italian bergamot. This is followed by a heart note that combines the powdery elegance of iris with the sweetness of chestnut and balsamic benzoin resin. The base of Virginia cedarwood, Haitian vetiver and Indonesian patchouli lends the fragrance a long-lasting, earthy depth.
