Handmade in Cork, Ireland, the Dr. K Soap Company's Cool Mint aftershave balm is a specialised option for finishing off your shave. The formula is based on a selection of natural ingredients to support a pleasant skin feeling. A rich base of shea butter and coconut oil is combined with apricot kernel oil, giving the balm a smooth texture. The formula also contains beeswax and corn starch and is rounded off with vitamin E. The use of SLS, parabens or artificial fragrances and preservatives is consistently avoided during production, which means that the product also fulfils vegetarian requirements. This variant is characterised by the addition of essential peppermint oil. This ingredient not only characterises the fresh fragrance, but can also produce a cooling effect on the skin when applied. The balm comes in a transparent jar with a silver lid and can be dispensed sparingly. For optimum results, we recommend applying a small amount to damp skin directly after shaving.
