Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your B12 Body Cream and achieve hydrated, supple and healthy-looking skin.
1. cleanse the skin
Firstly, cleanse the area of skin you wish to apply the cream to in order to remove dirt and excess oil.
2. apply the cream
Take a suitable amount of B12 Body Cream and massage it into the skin using gentle, circular movements. Allow the cream to absorb completely to achieve optimum results.
3. daily application
For best results, use the cream daily - morning and evening - to maintain the skin's natural moisture balance.
4. special care for dry areas
Focus particularly on dry skin areas such as elbows, knees and hands that need extra moisturising and care.

Apply the body cream directly after showering when the skin is still slightly damp. This will lock in moisture better and enhance the moisturising effect.
