To ensure that the matte lipstick comes into its own, you should first exfoliate chapped and dry lips and then moisturise them with a lip balm. The balm also prevents the matte lipstick from drying out the lips. Wait a few minutes after applying the lip balm. For perfectly defined lips and to prevent the lipstick from running, we recommend applying a lip liner. Now fill in the lips with the lipstick or gloss. If necessary, you can use a brush to fill in the harder-to-reach areas. Finally, press the lips lightly onto a tissue to remove any excess gloss or lipstick.
