1. clean the affected skin area. The scar should be clean and dry - free of cream residue.

2. place the pad on the scar and wear it daily, preferably continuously or overnight.

3. remove the pad once a day and clean it under running water. Then leave to air dry on the film.

4. replace the pad with a new one after 15-30 applications
.

5. use for at least 6-8 weeks or until the desired result is achieved.

Do not wear on open wounds
