How to use the Breakup Proof Wingout Waterproof Eyeliner from wet n wild:

Shake the product so that the liquid is well distributed in the brush. Then draw either straight lines or curved wings, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working outwards. Allow the make-up to dry briefly - and that's it.
