A look behind the brand: Who is Reuzel?

If you want to pronounce the name of the brand, try "roo-zul". Despite the English-sounding name, it is neither an American nor a British term. Instead, it and the product range - including the Wood & Spice aftershave - originate from the Netherlands. Reuzel means "lard". The products are developed and manufactured in Rotterdam. Rock'n'roll and punk have played a role in this brand from the very beginning and can be found throughout the entire skincare range.
