An expressive look is often defined by precisely emphasised lashes. The Lash Booster Mascara from Pixi in the shade Blackest Black offers a waterproof solution for intense volume and optical lengthening. The product comes in a characteristic light green case with orange lettering and has a dense brush that has been specially developed to evenly distribute the highly pigmented texture. The fine bristles define and separate the lashes, while the deep black colour provides a strong contrast. The special formulation can help to fix the curl of the lashes and create a long-lasting push-up effect. A glossy finish rounds off the look without the colour smudging over the course of the day. As the mascara is waterproof, the eye make-up stays in place even when wet. The application aims to give the lashes fullness and keep them in shape, which can ensure an awake and open look.

Regardless of the brush shape, mascara is applied from the lash line outwards in a slight zigzag motion. The lashes on the upper eyelid are brushed from bottom to top, the lashes on the lower eyelid from the lash line downwards.

Gel mascara is applied with a brush like normal mascara. It protects and cares for the lashes and can be used under coloured mascara.
