It is suitable for both men and women. It can even be used on permed or coloured hair. Extra Strong 4-in-1 comes in a bottle with a practical pump head. The contents (50 ml) can therefore be finely dosed and are economical. The John Frieda serum can be worked into wet hair with the palms of your hands.
