The 24 h Solution Hypoallergenic Medilan Lotion from Hildegard Braukmann is a rich body lotion for dry to very dry and damaged skin. It is free from preservatives and can also provide relief for eczema, psoriasis and neurodermatitis. The body lotion contains medicinal lanolin and balloon vine extract. While the biomimetically active lanolin strengthens skin regeneration, replenishes the missing skin oil and ensures that the skin can retain moisture better, the balloon vine extract and other active ingredients help to relieve itching and irritation.
