For the face:
Include this step in your nightly skincare routine.
As often as you like - after cleansing, after applying lotion or emulsion.
For the body:
Apply the oil to damp body skin after bathing. Depending on the desired application, place a sufficient amount of oil drops in the palm of your hand.
For the hair:
After washing, gently towel dry the hair and apply the desired amount of oil to the ends.
