1. Cleanse the affected area of skin. The skin should be clean and dry.
2. Smooth out any existing fine lines with your fingers. Take care not to trap any creases under the patch.
3. Place the patch on your forehead. If you have dry skin, apply a water-based moisturising serum beforehand and allow it to absorb.
4. For visible results, wear the patch regularly for at least 1 hour or overnight.
5. Before removing the patch, moisten it with a little water or a facial oil. This allows it to be gently peeled off whilst protecting sensitive skin.
6. After use, continue with your usual skincare routine.
