1. cleanse the affected skin area. The skin should be clean and dry.


2. smooth out existing wrinkles with your fingers. Take care not to stick in any wrinkles.


3. place the pad on the forehead. Do not use any additional creams or serums under the pad.


4. wear the pad regularly for at least 1 hour for visible results.

5. clean the pad after each use under lukewarm running water and an oil-free soap. Then leave to air dry on the foil.


6. continue your usual skincare routine after use.
