Aperture is the fifth fragrance composition by Ulrich Lang, which was created together with the New York non-profit organisation Aperture Foundation. The creation was inspired by the young and talented photographer Olivia Bee from Portland, Oregon, who also inspired the visual of the perfume. A part of the proceeds for this eau de parfum spray by Ulrich Lang New York goes to the programmes by this foundation.

A complete work of fragrance and art

Aperture eau de parfum spray presents itself as open to the world and inspiring. A true fragrance explosion with notes of pink, black and white pepper and aldehydes in the top note unites with spicy tobacco, cedar wood, fine jasmine and delicate lily of the valley in the base. This refined perfume is rounded off with musk, vetiver, animalistic notes and amber. Before Ulrich Lang devoted himself to the creation of fragrances, he worked as a product manager for L’Oreal and Amaris, a subsidiary company of Estée Lauder. His goal is to combine fragrance compositions and contemporary photography. For this reason, he brought to life the perfume house Ulrich Lang New York in the New York district of Greenwich Village in 2002. He was inspired by New York night life as well as the modest conditions of his home in the south of Germany.
