● Use in the morning and evening after cleansing and softening. Apply with fingertips to cheeks, forehead, nose and chin.

● Starting with the flat areas such as the cheeks and forehead, spread outwards over the face and along the lower jawline.

● Apply pressure with both thumbs along the lower jaw from below the chin to below the ears. 6 times
